Hyundai Development Company is offering 161 individual and
mixed-use residential plots within Suwon I-Park City. Located in Suwon's
Gwonseon District, Suwon I-Park City is a private development project
encompassing approximately 1 million square meters of land. The project
includes a mix of residential facilities, commercial spaces, public facilities,
a library, eco-streams, and more, totaling around 7,000 households.
Designed by renowned architects like Ben van Berkel and
landscape designer Lodewijk Baljon, Suwon I-Park City focuses on eco-friendly
and distinctive urban designs.
The Towns 2 to 4 areas being offered for sale are located in
the southern and southwestern parts of Suwon I-Park City's residential area.
These areas include 161 plots for single and mixed-use houses, with land sizes
ranging from 198㎡ to 571㎡. The
buildings can have up to 3 floors with a building coverage ratio of 60% and a
floor area ratio of 180%. The site has already been developed, allowing
construction to commence immediately after the payment is completed by the end
of this year.
