On the 16th, Hyundai Development Company secured a
construction contract for I-Park Gosodong in Gangneung.
I-Park Gosodong in Gangneung is a contracted construction
project with a total project cost of KRW 256.6 billion. It will be located at
244-2 Gosodong, Gangneung City, and will consist of 15 buildings spanning from
the 2nd basement floor to the 17th above ground floor, totaling 794 units.
Among these, the highly preferred 84㎡ units make up more
than 70% of the project with 566 units. There are also 133 units of 75㎡, 83 units of 116㎡, and 6 units each of
100㎡ (PH) and 142㎡ (PH), which are
designed as penthouses.
I-Park Gosodong in Gangneung offers a view of the ocean. Its
design maximizes the ocean view along the East Sea coast, allowing residents to
enjoy the relaxation of Gangneung's sea in their everyday lives. Additionally,
it embraces exceptional natural landscapes such as Gangneung Songjeong Beach
and Anmok Beach, and its proximity to Gangneung's café street allows residents
to enjoy a coastal lifestyle on foot.
Located in the rising residential area of Songjeong and
Gosodong in Gangneung, I-Park Gosodong enjoys convenient access to National
Route 65 and National Route 7, providing easy transportation to Gangneung's
city center. Furthermore, Gangneung Station is located within 4 km, ensuring
excellent accessibility to Seoul through the KTX high-speed train. Various
daily life facilities such as E-Mart and Homeplus are within 5 km, and
Gangneung Dongin Hospital provides medical services in the vicinity.
An official from Hyundai Development Company stated,
"We will develop I-Park Gosodong in Gangneung as a representative
apartment complex in the region, combining coastal infrastructure and
residential convenience." They also mentioned, "I-Park Gosodong in
Gangneung is scheduled for pre-sale in the second half of this year, which is
expected to positively impact Hyundai Development Company's sales and financial
stability through swift and stable project execution." They added,
"We will enhance our construction competitiveness along with the strengths
in housing development, thus increasing our competitiveness in securing
contracts."
