Enjoying a Pleasant Living Environment in the Heart of a Mini City

Hyundai Development Company is opening the sample house for Gwangmyeong Central I-Park on July 21st and will start its pre-sale. Gwangmyeong Central I-Park, located at 88-14 Gwangmyeong 2-dong, Gwangmyeong-si, Gyeonggi Province, consists of a total of 11 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 36 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,957 units measuring 39 to 113 square meters each. Among these, 425 units will be available for general pre-sale.

Gwangmyeong Central I-Park is a part of Gwangmyeong Newtown, a "mini city" of approximately 25,000 households, equipped with convenient living infrastructure including transportation, education, and commercial facilities. Within this Newtown, Gwangmyeong Central I-Park, located at the center, is within walking distance to Gwangmyeong Sageori Station on Line 7, enabling easy access to Incheon and Gangnam areas without transfers. It also provides easy access to the western expressway, facilitating quick movement to key areas in Seoul.

As it enters the downtown area, the residential environment is also pleasant. Surrounding the complex, there are waterfront walking paths along ecological streams such as Mokgamcheon and Anyangcheon. Within walking distance, there's the Gwangmyeong Traditional Market, large discount stores, and a movie theater. Additionally, a daycare center is planned within the complex, and a park will be created between Gwangmyeong Elementary School, located in front of the complex, making use of the "green school route" possible.
Applying Smart Technology and Energy Efficiency to Various Types

Gwangmyeong Central I-Park offers a total of 10 different types of units, ranging from 39 to 113, catering to the lifestyles of residents. The complex is designed with a focus on south-facing layouts to maximize natural lighting and exposure to sunlight. Apartment types like the 75 A-type and 84 A-type utilize a 4-bay structure to enhance lighting and ventilation, while providing ample storage space through features like dressing rooms and pantry areas.

HDC's IoT system has been implemented in Gwangmyeong Central I-Park, combining energy-saving features with smart technology. Firstly, features such as unit heating and ventilation can be conveniently controlled through in-unit wall pads and the I-Park Home app. Integrated controls for functions like temperature adjustment and main power shutdown in each room, along with real-time monitoring of electricity usage, are installed to encourage energy conservation. All unit lighting is LED-based, resulting in around 50% power consumption reduction compared to traditional lighting fixtures. The living room lighting switch combines a rotary dial and touch screen to offer an all-in-one wall pad for lighting control, allowing residents to easily adjust brightness and color in 10 steps according to their daily patterns.

In anticipation of the post-COVID era, Gwangmyeong Central I-Park has implemented facial recognition technology in the communal lobby phone system. Through contactless access control systems, residents can enjoy secure living with high recognition rates for convenient and safe entry. For individual unit entrances, a one-step push-pull opening method using fingerprint recognition has been applied to further enhance security.

A Car-Free Complex on the Ground, Experiencing Premium in a Park-Style Large-Scale Complex

Gwangmyeong Central I-Park is designed as a 'park-style apartment' with no cars on the ground. Starting from the main entrance, a garden welcomes visitors, and crossing the central open space leads to a colorful central garden divided into four themes. Along the perimeter of the complex, there are walking paths including exercise facilities and children's playgrounds.

The plaza and landscape space in front of the complex are connected as pedestrian-oriented pathways and integrated community facilities. The community facilities of Gwangmyeong Central I-Park are designed on two floors. The ground floor consists mainly of a café-oriented community area for family residents, while the underground floor is divided into two sections: 'Study Zone' and 'Sports Zone'.

In the underground Study Zone, private reading rooms are designed for quiet reading and individual studying in specialized single-person spaces. Shared offices that can be used for various purposes, from individual to group workspaces, are also designed. The Sports Zone includes fitness facilities, a G·X room, sauna, and golf practice area for residents' leisure and exercise.

On the ground floor, the resident community facilities include a 'Kids Cafe', 'Family Cafe', and 'Clubhouse'. These spaces are designed for parents and children to spend relaxed time together and for residents to freely communicate, enjoying moments of rest and camaraderie.
