Hotel Operations

Hotel Operations

Hotel HDC operates premium hotels in major urban centers and key tourism hubs across Korea in close collaboration with top-tier international hotel brands.

Through a model that combines direct and consignment operations of Park Hyatt Seoul, Park Hyatt Busan, Andaz Seoul Gangnam, and VOCO Seoul Myeongdong, we have built stable operational capabilities and brand management expertise centered on five-star luxury hotels.

Urban Mixed-Use Development

Urban Mixed-Use Development

Hotel IPARK is expanding its business scope as a specialist in urban mixed-use and hotel development.

We are adeptly leading projects in major locations across Seoul, including large-scale mixed-use development sites, and preparing to open a Marriott hotel through the "SEOULONE" project.

In addition, through both a conversion strategy that transforms existing office and retail assets into hotels and the development of mixed-use complexes combining hotels, residences, retail, and offices, we plan to help create new cultural and business hubs that surpass mere accommodation.

F&B and Content

F&B and Content

Hotel IPARK focuses on expanding lifestyle content and F&B experiences as key drivers of its hotel sector competitiveness.

We continue to broaden our collaboration with global premium F&B brands. In partnership with the French luxury dessert brand Pierre Hermé, we present differentiated experiences that combine brand identity, gastronomy, and culture apart from macarons and chocolates.

With these efforts, we are evolving our hotels into integrated platforms that lead urban lifestyles rather than simply serving as accommodation spaces.
