IPARK MARINA

IPARK Marina integrates dry storage and in-water berthing facilities designed to meet the growing demand for premium and large-scale yachts. The marina layout is structured to enhance operational efficiency while fully adapting to evolving mooring and berthing needs.

Once officially designated as a marina port facility, the project will expand into a comprehensive marine leisure complex, integrating premium yacht services, marine tourism experiences, and environmentally responsible operations to establish a distinctive marina business model.

To achieve this vision toward creating a year-round marine tourism hub, smart berthing systems and AI-driven reservation management will be adopted alongside integrated amenities such as a clubhouse, marine cultural experience spaces, and F&B facilities.

We operate commercial and support facilities integrated with the marina, creating a mixed-use commercial environment easily accessible to both marine leisure users and general visitors.

A curated mix of premium restaurants, cafés, cultural venues, and yacht exhibition and sales spaces will be introduced in phases to support extended stays. Functional facilities—including yacht maintenance and support services—are strategically integrated to enhance convenience for marina users, while close linkage with commercial spaces improves overall efficiency and utilization of the site.

The yacht club will operate alongside a convention facility and a range of amenities—including a swimming pool, café, and fitness center, enhancing both accessibility and public engagement within the marina.

A flexible operating model will accommodate conventions, cultural events, and community programs, driving the marina's reputation as a dynamic mixed-use destination where marine leisure and urban life intersect. Through diversified programming and integrated spaces, we aim to drive year-round utilization and elevate the overall patron experience.
