Guests can explore Dadun-gil, a 40-kilometer trekking trail that winds throughout the resort, as well as forest experiences, wellness programs, and a wide range of outdoor activities.
Sports and entertainment programs—including running, pickleball, and skiing—offer engaging experiences for guests of all ages. In a setting where nature, activity, and relaxation come together, guests can recharge, find inspiration, and enjoy a restorative escape.
Golf
IPARK Resort features four distinctive golf courses: the prestigious members-only Oak Valley CC and Oak Hills CC, the premium public course Seongmunan CC, and the self-play public course Wolsongri CC.
Together, they form Korea’s largest golf complex, with a total of 90 holes supported by a full-scale practice facility. The resort has also hosted major international tournaments, including the LPGA Tour Championship, demonstrating the global caliber of its courses.
Ranked among Korea’s top 10 members-only golf courses and recognized with leading architecture and design awards in Korea and abroad, the resort is widely acclaimed for both the quality of its courses and the excellence of its spatial design.
It also serves as an official training venue for the Korean national team and operates youth golf development programs, contributing to the broader growth of the sport.
Landscaping
IPARK Resort is creating new spatial value by combining more than 30 years of resort management expertise with advanced digital landscaping technologies.
Through GDX (Golf Digital Transformation)—a drone-based AI course management solution developed in collaboration with its group affiliate HDC LABS—the resort maintains optimal turf conditions year-round, while smart turf cultivation technologies and eco-friendly practices further enhance the surrounding landscape and natural beauty.
Building on integrated capabilities spanning landscape planning, design, construction, and maintenance, IPARK Resort is also expanding its external business and strengthening its place-branding capabilities.
Seongmunan
IPARK Resort is bringing its vision for a next-generation resort to life through the development of Seongmunan Village, a premier mixed-use destination for culture and leisure.
The project begins with Seongmunan CC, a premium public golf course, followed by the global luxury Park Hyatt hotel, Park Roche Residences, private residential villas known as The House, and an expansive arboretum garden and retail facilities.
Together, these elements will create a vibrant destination where golf, leisure, wellness, culture, art, and hospitality come together. With integrated healthcare services spanning prevention, treatment, and recovery, Seongmunan Village is poised to become a global wellness hub and a distinctive lifestyle destination.
