Since Pony Chung Foundation started the Vietnam Scholarship Program in 2007, 740 Vietnamese students have received the scholarship. Additionally, it is providing more diverse opportunities for Vietnamese awardees by expanding the “Pony Chung Invitation Scholarship” that selects two outstanding students annually and supports a master program offered by the General Graduate School and the Graduate School of International Studies, Korea University, and the “Pony Chung Exchange Student Scholarship Program” that offers an opportunity to a Pony Chung Foundation scholarship awardee majoring in Korean studying in South Korea.

Pony Chung Foundation was established in 2005 by Mong-gyu Chung, chairman of the HDC Group, who inherited the talent-oriented philosophy of Se-yung Chung, the Honorary Chairman of HDC Hyundai Development Company.
